The size of Sara MacKillop’s new publication approximates the classic plastic carrier bag. The material is switched to basic cartridge paper. Turning the page detaches the front of the bag from the back, opening up a space that can no longer hold or contain in the same way. This repeats through 16 pages that are hand stitched together along the spine. The feature of the handle remains so the publication can be held by the handle or hung on a hook and appears as a minimalist whole on each page.
